The AWP Institute has partned with the Concord Academy to deliver high-impact online training to the world’s top capital project organizations. We serve as a governing body to the AWP certification, ensuring its quality and independence. The certification is technology agnostic, and focuses on setting the industry standard and knowledge of AWP. 

 

The Academy is now offering an exceptional online educational experience with self-paced training, group engagement, instructor chat, and more. The AWP Institute's goal is to empower Capital Project Professionals to successfully implement Advancned Work Packaging.

 

Become an Advanced Work Packaging Certified Professional

 

We welcome and encourage any capital project professionals to attend Concord's Advanced Work Packaging Fundamentals program.

 

You will find this program especially beneficial if you are leading a construction project or responsible for a construction program. This course is also beneficial to any project team member implementing Advanced Work Packaging. To qualify for certification, 3 years of experience in a capital project organization, or 1 year experience managing a capital project of any size are required. 

 

Become a Certified Workface Planner

 

Any construction project professional should attend Concord's Workface Planning Certification program. You will find this program especially beneficial if you are responsible for construction site coordination on a specific project or across multiple projects. Our most frequent participants are:

  • Construction Coordinators

  • Construction Planners

  • Construction Managers

  • Junior Project Management Professionals

To qualify for certification, 2 years of experience in the field, or 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in the field is required.

 

Broadcasting Your Success

Upon completion of your certification courses, you are automatically awarded a certificate recognizing your achievement. This certificate can be added directly to LinkedIn to share with your professional network  this great accomplishment. A badge is also awarded in conjunction with your certificate.
